Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Finance and Human Resources departments of Bear Hills Casino & Travel Resort. This role ensures efficient day-to-day administrative operations, including accurate financial data entry, payroll support, record keeping, employee file maintenance, and coordination of internal HR processes. The Administrative Assistant contributes to a well-organized and compliant workplace, supporting the casino’s operational and regulatory requirements.
Tasks:
Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Minimum of 1 year experience
Computer literate with use of MS Office
