Job Summary: A Table Games Dealer is responsible for facilitating and managing casino table games, ensuring that they run smoothly, fairly, and according to the rules. Their duties include but are not limited to, managing and dealing card games, ensuring fair play, handling bets and winnings, excellent customer service and interaction, observing suspicious behavior, maintaining game equipment cleanliness and organization as well as adhering to casino policies.
Key Responsibilities:
ü Deal and supervise all casino table games (e.g., Blackjack, Poker, Roulette) according to casino rules and regulations.
ü Maintain an upbeat and engaging attitude while interacting with guests and ensuring a fun, safe environment.
ü Ensure accuracy and fairness in dealing, handling chips, and paying out winnings.
ü Monitor players’ actions and report any irregularities or suspicious activities to the floor supervisor.
ü Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions and explaining the rules of the games when needed.
ü Assist with game setup and breakdown, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gaming area.
Qualifications:
ü Prior experience in table game dealing is preferred, but not required. We offer training for the right candidate.
ü Must have a strong understanding of various casino games and their rules.
ü Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
ü Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
ü Must be able to stand for long periods and handle high-stress situations.
ü Strong math skills and attention to detail.
ü Must be at least 18 years of age.
