Table Games Dealer

PURPOSE

The Dealer is critical to the success of Bear Hills Casino.  The primary purpose of the Dealer is to execute table games such as Blackjack and Poker, with an outstanding level of gaming skill. A Dealer has the most interaction with guests and will always deliver Supervisor customer service to enhance the gaming experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

This position requires the ability to communicate clearly, deal tactfully and work effectively with Bear Hills Casino guests, staff and management.  The incumbent in this position will primary work with a Pit Boss and Table Games Manager.  The Dealer is expected to report on all events that could have a negative outcome on the operations or reputation of Bear Hills Casino.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The Dealer’s schedule may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays.  The Dealer will be working in a smoking facility.
