Reports To: Security and Surveillance Manager
Job Summary: Are you a dedicated and vigilant professional looking for an exciting opportunity in security? Bear Hills Casino is seeking Security Personnel to join our team and ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
ü Monitor and patrol casino premises to maintain safety and security.
ü Enforce casino policies, procedures, and Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) regulations.
ü Verify identification and ensure compliance with age restrictions.
ü Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
ü Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns.
ü Work closely with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
ü Maintain detailed incident reports and logs in compliance with AGLC guidelines.
Requirements:
ü Criminal Record Check
ü ProServe and ProTect certification (as required by AGLC).
ü Strong knowledge of AGLC casino security policies and procedures (training provided).
ü Previous security experience preferred.
ü Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
ü Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ü Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
