RULES & REGULATIONS
PROMOTION NAME: Tetris Tournament
PROMOTION DATES: November 1st– November 26th, 2025
DRAW DATES: 1 Draw every Wednesday November 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th

Draw: 2 names will be drawn every Wednesday; The two guests will compete in a Tetris
tournament, The first to knock down the Tetris Tower loses
Prizes:
1st place - $500
2nd place - $250
ELIGIBILITY, CHANCES OF WINNING:
1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, except employees of Bear Hills
Casino and Travel Resort.
2. Participants Must be a Winners Edge Member
3. Participants Must be present to win
4. The chance of being selected in any draw is dependent on the number of eligible
entries received for that draw.
5. In the event a selected contestant does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is
currently participating in the Self Exclusion program, or banned from the facility,
then Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort have no obligation to award any prize to
that selected contestant.
6. Winners must present a government issued photo identification acceptable to Bear
Hills Casino and Travel Resort, before receiving the prize.
How to Enter
No Purchase Necessary.

 - Beginning November 1st, 2025, eligible patrons can obtain ballots for the
promotional draw.
 - Ballots are obtained by:
o Earn 1 ballot November 1st- November 26th, at Guest Services, one per
person per day.
o Earn additional ballots on Jackpot Payouts:
 - Jackpot win of $250-$999, the patron gets 5 raffle tickets.
 - Jackpot win of $1,000 above, the patron gets 10 raffle tickets.
 - Once a contestant has received his/her ballot they will complete the ballot in full
and deposit it into the draw drum at Guest Services.
PRIZE DRAW
 - Ballots obtained throughout the promotional period are eligible for the prize draw.
 - Three ballots will be drawn every Wednesday in November @ 9 PM.
 - The draw barrel is located at Guest Services. The ballots are accumulated over the
course of the promotion and will be emptied after the final draw date November 26th
@ 9 PM.
 - Guests have a chance to win every Wednesday in November.
 - The prize draw winner (player)will be required to present ID (acceptable to Bear Hills
Casino and Travel Resort), before receiving the prize confirming contest eligibility,
compliance with the contest rules and releasing the Bear Hills Casino and Travel
Resort from any liability in connection with the conduct of the contest and/or
awarding of the prizes.

 - The players will have 2 minutes to present themselves. If player is not present, a re-
draw will occur.

 - All entries and/or ballots are the property of Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort.
Entries and/or ballots which have been obtained or made through fraudulent
means, or which are illegible, altered, reproduced, mutilated, or irregular, are
subject to disqualification. Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort will not be
responsible for entries and/or ballots lost, destroyed, misdirected, or delayed for
any reason whatsoever, or for any incorrect or inaccurate capture of information,
technical malfunctions, human, or technical error.
 - Participation in this promotion authorizes Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort the
right to publish the claimant’s name, and/or photograph without any claim for
broadcasting, printing, or other rights. The claimant shall have no claim against
Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort for invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright
or otherwise by reason of the publication or broadcasting of the Claimant’s name,
address and/or photograph.
 - All decisions of the judges with respect to this promotion are final.
