PROMOTION DATES: March 1 – March 26, 2025
DRAW DATES: 1 Draw every Wednesday in March 5th, 12th, 19st, & 26th.
Draw: 4 names will be drawn and the 4 guests will play a one minute slots session to determine
who is first, second, third and fourth. Contestant with highest points will win first place, second
highest will place second and third highest will place third, fourth highest place fourth.
CONTEST ELIGIBILITY, CHANCES OF WINNING:
March 26th will see an additional draw where the fourth place winners from all four weeks will play in a bonus round where the contestant with the highest points will win $500.
Additional names will be drawn to fill any seat from absentee 4th place contestants for the Mar 26th bonus round.
1. This promotion is sponsored by Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort and is open to any patron who is 18 years of age or older, except employees of Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort.
2. The chance of being selected in any draw is dependent on the number of eligible entries received for that draw.
3. In the event a selected contestant does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is currently participating in the Self Exclusion program, or banned from the facility, then Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort has no obligation to award any prize to that selected contestant.
4. Winners must present a government issued photo identification acceptable to Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort, before receiving the prize.

6. Beginning Wednesday March 1, 2025, eligible patrons can obtain ballots for the promotional
draw. Ballots are obtained by:
6.1. Earn 1 ballot March 1-26, at Guest Services, one per person per day.
6.2. Earn additional ballots on Jackpot Payouts:
2.1. Jackpot win of $250-$999, the patron gets 5 raffle tickets.
2.2. Jackpot win of $1,000 above, the patron gets 10 raffle tickets.
7. Once a contestant has received his/her ballot they will complete the ballot in full and deposit it
into the draw drum at Guest Services.
PRIZE DRAW
8. Ballots obtained throughout the promotional period are eligible for the prize draw.
9. Three ballots will be drawn every Wednesday in February @ 9 PM.
10. The draw barrel is located at Guest Services. The ballots are accumulated over the course
of the promotion and will be emptied after the final draw date March 26 @ 9 PM.
11. Guest can only win once during the promotion period.
12. The prize draw winner (player)will be required to present ID (acceptable to Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort), before receiving the prize confirming contest eligibility, compliance with the contest rules and releasing the Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort from any liability in connection with the conduct of the contest and/or awarding of the prizes.
13. The prize draw winner needs to be present to play the tournament. The players will have 2 minutes to present themselves. If player is not present, a re-draw will occur.
14. All entries and/or ballots are the property of Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort. Entries and/or ballots which have been obtained or made through fraudulent means or which are illegible, altered, reproduced, mutilated, or irregular, are subject to disqualification. Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort will not be responsible for entries and/or ballots lost, destroyed, misdirected, or delayed for any reason whatsoever, or for any incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, technical malfunctions, human, or technical error.
15. Participation in this promotion authorizes Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort the right to publish the claimant’s name, and/or photograph without any claim for broadcasting, printing, or other rights. The claimant shall have no claim against Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort for invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright or otherwise by reason of the publication or broadcasting of the Claimant’s name, address and/or photograph.
16. All decisions of the judges with respect to this promotion are final.
