Pick A Vault Promotion
1. Must be a Winner’s Edge Member to participate. Non-members can join to participate.
2. No Purchase Necessary.
3. Beginning Tuesday October 1st, 2024, eligible patrons can obtain ballots for the promotional draw. Ballots are obtained by:
3.1. Earn 1 ballot in October 1-29, at Guest Services, one per person per day.
3.2. Earn additional ballots on Jackpot Payouts:
3.2.1. Jackpot win of $500-$999, the patron gets 5 raffle tickets.
3.2.2. Jackpot win of $1,000 above, the patron gets 10 raffle tickets.
4. Once a contestant has received his/her ballot they will complete the ballot in full and deposit it into the draw drum at Guest Services.
Terms and conditions
1. This promotion is sponsored by Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort and is open to any patron who is 18 years of age or older, except employees of Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort.
2. The chance of being selected in any draw is dependent on the number of eligible entries received for that draw.
3. In the event a selected contestant does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is currently participating in the Self Exclusion program, or banned from the facility, then Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort has no obligation to award any prize to that selected contestant.
4. In the event a selected contestant does not meet the eligibility requirements, then Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort has no obligation to award any prize to that selected contestant.
5. Winners must present a government issued photo identification acceptable to Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort, before receiving the prize.
PRIZE DRAW
1. Ballots obtained throughout the promotional period are eligible for the prize draw.
2. There will be 4 prize draws taking place every Tuesday in October Starting Tuesday October 8, 2024 @ 9 PM and then October 15, 22 and 29.
3. One ballot will be drawn each Tuesday at 9pm.
4. The draw barrel is located at Guest Services. The ballots are accumulated over the course of the promotion and will be emptied after the final draw date October 29.
5. The prize draw winner (player)will be required to present ID (acceptable to Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort), and their Winner’s Edge cards before receiving the prize confirming contest eligibility, compliance with the contest rules and releasing the Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort from any liability in connection with the conduct of the contest and/or the awarding of the prizes.
6. The prize draw winner needs to be present to play the Vault. The player has 3 minutes to present themselves to play Pick a Vault. If player is not present, a re-draw will occur.
7. Player picks a random vault to open. Each vault has a different prize. There are 3 vaults to choose from.
8. Prizes include:
· 1 x $1,000 Visa Gift Card
· 1 x $750 Visa Gift Card
· 4 x $500 Visa Gift Card
· 2 x Bear Hills and Winner’s Edge promotion prize packs
9. Prizes are awarded as is, no prize substitutions or equivalent cash payments will be made by Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort.
10. All entries and/or ballots are the property of Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort. Entries and/or ballots which have been obtained or made through fraudulent means or which are illegible, altered, reproduced, mutilated, or irregular, are subject to disqualification. Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort will not be responsible for entries and/or ballots lost, destroyed, misdirected, or delayed for any reason whatsoever, or for any incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, technical malfunctions, human, or technical error.
11. Participation in this promotion authorizes Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort the right to publish the claimant’s name, and/or photograph without any claim for broadcasting, printing, or other rights. The claimant shall have no claim against Bear Hills Casino and Travel Resort for invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright or otherwise by reason of the publication or broadcasting of the Claimant’s name, address and/or photograph.
12. All decisions of the judges with respect to this promotion are final.
